When traveling back down into the Earths atmosphere, after one of their pioneering adventures, as far as economically possible in these dark financial times, those fortunate enough to be born with the correct mixture of DNA and family connections, that enable them to be some of the greatest free thinkers on this spinning rock of mud and water, are greeted with an overwhelmingly taken for granted colour; a colour that we each see every single day. Almost all of us avoid it unintentionally, as we go about our daily mundane lives, far too caught up in our living for the weekends existence. Yet now, the very name of this colour is wielded like some-kind of smug filled gun, by none other than a post teen smelly far left extremist hippie, forcing you to be aware of your responsibility as the most successful species that has ever dominated the planet Earth, only to find that his very free loving, free spirited, jobless nature is in fact funded by a father that exercised a life of the complete opposite. But like any chain, one can not exist without the other and it is this circle of perfect harmony, an equilibrium, that we truly learn to appreciate this fantastic colours, true worth.

Green is the prime colour of the world, and that from which its loveliness arises.
Pedro Calderon de la Barca

TreeIn the chain of all living spices, trees are a pinnacle, a perfect living sculpture. They defy gravity and are the only natural element that hold a perpetual movement towards the Sun; the celestial object that nourishes their foliage. They have inherited from Bactria the power to capture lights energy, which they store and use as food, turning it into wood and leaves, which then decompose into a mixture of water, mineral, vegetable and living mater, gradually this biometric soup mixes and eventually forms into soil, thus creating fertile land for more and more trees to be born out of the Earths crust, only to face the repeated fate of the perfect synergy that awaits. It is this motion that keeps reappearing when things seem to be right. We all talk of routines as monotonous, however once we find that perfect balance of love, friendships, work and play; life just seems to fall into place. Things start to come into that circle all on their own, and once that happens, you find that some, if not all possibilities, that you’ve been longing for begin to present themselves.

Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are. When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs to you.
Lao Tzu

imagesI have spent a majority of my life feeling disconnected from the rest of the world. I had never really felt with one with anything, and certainly not anyone that wasn’t a member of my family or my close group of friends. What I’ve found in the last 7 years of living in London is that for the most part people here don’t acknowledge you; people feel unconformable at the best of times in social situations without having to be all squashed together in that daily orgy of ridiculous double takes and over the shoulder reading of newspaper articles, that tell us Israel have thrown all of its toys out of its solid golden pram, again. This existence is certainly one of intimidation and you cant help but wish that Total Recall wasn’t some abused epic fantasy adventure, fated with being sold out from one of science fictions greatest estates, but one that was nurtured and given careful casting considerations for the lead roles, simply by writing a script, that was truly worthy of a seasoned actor, that can actually pretend to be somebody other than a massively in-denial closet homosexual. if the premiss in Total Recall, to have a fake memory implant, was in fact a real option in life, things would certainly become far more interesting, however ironically, there is a way for it to improve simply by getting yourself locked into that very mundane circle, I have tried to avoid it everyday of my life, thinking that one of not knowing and random acts of adventure was “where it was at” it isn’t.By forcing such things into your life or expecting them, can only cause impatience and a feeling of sadness that things are not happening for you.  for it is that very essence, of locking yourself in to a life that is routine, that we all begin to connect.
